Find practical answers about creating and sharing invoice PDFs, recording payments, reviewing reports, and using InvCreate on the web, iPhone, and iPad.
Getting started
What is InvCreate?
InvCreate is an invoicing workspace for creating invoice PDFs, saving customer and supplier details, recording payments, and reviewing invoice activity. You can use the web dashboard in a browser or the native iOS app on iPhone and iPad.
Can I create invoices in a browser?
Yes. Sign in to the InvCreate web dashboard to create, edit, preview, save, and download invoices without installing the iOS app. Invoices created there stay connected to your web account.
How many invoices can I create for free?
The web Free Plan lets each account create up to three invoices in total. Creating additional invoices requires a paid plan. This allowance is separate from the optional seven-day InvCreate Plus trial.
Which devices does InvCreate support?
InvCreate is available through the web dashboard and as a native app for iPhone and iPad. The native Android app is currently in development. In the meantime, Android users can use the web dashboard in a compatible browser and join the Android waitlist for availability updates.

How do I create an invoice online?
Creating an invoice in the web dashboard follows four steps:
- Add the invoice number, dates, currency, supplier, and customer.
- Enter each product or service with its quantity, price, tax, and discount.
- Review the calculated totals and PDF preview.
- Save the invoice, then download its PDF when you are ready to use it.
What details can I add to an invoice?
Add an invoice name and number, issue and due dates, currency, payment method, supplier and customer details, line items, taxes, discounts, and PDF styling. Web invoice documents can be generated in English, French, Spanish, or Czech, while the iOS editor also supports saved bank-account details and percentage or fixed-amount discounts. Invoice requirements vary by jurisdiction, so check the rules that apply to your business.
Can I save customers and suppliers for future invoices?
Yes. Save customer and supplier details once, then select them when creating future invoices. You can update the saved information whenever contact, address, or tax details change.
How can I preview, download, or share an invoice PDF?
The web editor shows a PDF preview and lets you download the preview or saved invoice PDF. On iPhone and iPad, you can preview the PDF, print it, open the iOS share sheet, or prepare an email with the PDF attached so you can check the recipient and message before sending.
What can AI Mode do?
Where AI Mode is available, it can search your invoices, answer questions using invoice analytics, guide you to dashboard features, and prepare a proposed invoice. You must review and explicitly confirm the proposal before an invoice is created. AI Mode does not send invoices or contact customers.
Payments and reports
Can I record partial payments?
Yes. The web dashboard supports one or more payments on an invoice, including partial payments, and keeps the remaining balance outstanding. The current iOS invoice screen provides paid and unpaid controls.
Does InvCreate automatically email customers payment reminders?
No. You stay in control of customer communication. On iPhone and iPad, InvCreate can remind you when an invoice is due or overdue and prepare an email with the invoice PDF attached for you to review and send. The web dashboard shows outstanding and overdue balances so you can decide when to follow up.
What analytics and CSV reports are available?
Invoice analytics uses the invoices and payments recorded in InvCreate to show invoiced, collected, outstanding, and overdue amounts, with trends and breakdowns by period, currency, customer, and product or service. The web dashboard can also export a transaction CSV report for a lifetime, yearly, monthly, or custom period. Rows can include the payment date and ID, invoice number and name, customer, payment method, currency, paid amount, invoice total, remaining balance, and status.
Accounts and plans
Can I use my existing iOS account on the web?
Yes. Use the same verified email associated with your iOS account to set up web access. You may be asked to create a passkey, and an eligible active App Store subscription can provide InvCreate Plus invoice access on the web while Apple continues to manage the subscription.
Do invoices sync automatically between the iOS app and web dashboard?
Web and iOS invoice records are currently kept separately, so invoices do not automatically appear on the other platform.
How does the seven-day web trial work?
Eligible new subscribers can try InvCreate Plus for seven days after confirming a valid payment method. Nothing is charged when the trial starts. The subscription selected during signup renews automatically unless you cancel before the trial ends. Check the current pricing page for the terms displayed at signup.
